Intelligent Order Processing (IOP)
Intelligent Order Processing (IOP), Ordertools’ AI order processing solution, is now available in Ordertools.
IOP uses AI to automatically convert email and voicemail orders into validated, ERP-ready sales orders. It applies existing catalogue rules, customer logic, pricing and stock validation, making it suitable for large, complex wholesale operations where order accuracy and control are critical.
As order volumes increase, manual handling of email and voicemail orders becomes harder to manage. IOP brings these orders into a single workflow, where AI prepares order details and applies the same trading rules already used across Ordertools. Teams focus on reviewing the small number of exceptions rather than re-keying every order.

What IOP supports:
- Automatically process email bodies, PDF attachments and voicemails
- Use AI to prepare ERP-ready sales orders using existing Ordertools data
- Apply customer-specific pricing, pack sizes, eligibility and availability checks
- Reduce re-keying and follow-up corrections
- Support higher order volumes without adding operational pressure

Copy SKUs from Custom Lists
Further improvements have been made to the Your Lists feature on the Storefront.
You can now copy SKUs directly from any custom list. SKUs are copied in the chosen sort order, making it easier to build quick orders, work with spreadsheets, or share product information internally and externally.

App Store Age Rating Update
Apple has introduced updated age rating requirements for apps published on the App Store. We have completed the required updates for all Ordertools iOS apps to ensure continued compliance and avoid any disruption to future updates.
There is no impact on functionality and no action is required from operators.
Improvements to Your Lists
We’ve made a number of improvements to the Your Lists feature on the Storefront. Custom lists are now more configurable, with the ability to drag and drop products to control the order they appear in. The interface has also been updated so all actions are grouped in one place for quicker access.
- The single Actions menu now holds email, CSV download, share, bulk add and delete options.
- A new Edit button provides access to title and description updates, product ordering and item removal.
- Custom lists now use Custom sort by default.

Improved Main Menu Design
A redesigned main menu is now live across storefronts, giving customers a faster, more reliable way to move through categories and place orders. The update improves mobile usability, smooths navigation and boosts overall performance.
Dropdown menus have been removed, as they didn’t behave reliably within the mobile menu drawer. Key links can now be added directly to the Lower Header Navigation or placed on a dedicated landing page if needed.

Delivery Instructions at Checkout
Allow customers to add notes at checkout to support delivery accuracy and communication.
Operators can choose how instructions are received:
- Email alerts only – notifications sent to nominated addresses
- Insert into order file – added to the order file, with optional email alerts
To enable this feature, raise a ticket with the Ordertools Support Desk and confirm your preferred setup.

Multibuy Promotions Update
Recent updates to the multibuy promotions feature make it easier for users to discover and claim deals, with clearer layouts and faster access from key pages.

Recent updates to the multibuy promotions feature make it easier for users to discover and claim deals, with clearer layouts and faster access from key pages.
- Clickable promo banners: The yellow multibuy banners are now interactive across product listings, product detail pages, the minicart, and the basket. Clicking a banner opens the promotion in a modal so users can view full details without leaving the page they’re on. The main multibuy promotions landing page is still available for anyone who prefers to browse all active deals in one place.
- Unified promo layout: Promotion pages have been simplified and are no longer split into “Qualifying” and “Rewards” sections. All related products now appear in a single combined list, giving a clearer and more intuitive view of what’s included in each offer.
- Removed basket qualification messages: The old red and green qualification messages in the basket and other areas have been removed. This is now handled entirely through the updated banner and modal system for a more consistent experience across the site.
- Dynamic status banner: Each promotion now includes a status banner at the top of the page. By default, it prompts users to add the required products to claim the deal. Once complete, the banner turns green and confirms that the offer has been achieved.
- Product badges: Products within a promotion now include clear labels to show their role. Qualifying products display a “Qualifying” badge, reward products display a “Reward” badge, and items that qualify and reward show both. This makes it easy to see how each product contributes to the deal.
- Filter controls: New filter options allow users to view all products, qualifying items only, or rewards only. These filters make larger promotions easier to navigate and understand at a glance.
Payment Methods Added to Footer
A new footer content block has been added for tenants using card payments.
The section shows accepted payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay and Apple Pay, giving customers a clear view of available payment options at checkout.
